Activity Materials and Lesson Plans

If this page has reached you, it probably found the right hands – and I’m glad because I believe it can bring some good to the world!

Some time ago, I decided that I wanted my book to be accessible to everyone, even those who can’t afford to buy it. If you feel that this applies to you, I’m happy to offer you the book free of charge.

However, if you’d like to support, you can also purchase the book on Amazon. Your contribution will help maintain the positive energy of the project and allow us to keep improving it, while also giving you access to all the additional printable materials.

If you would like to purchase a physical copy: the book is also available for purchase at Tzomet Sfarim or on Amazon, where it is available in both English and other digital platforms.

Downloadable versions:

Many parents and teachers have reached out to me, requesting activity materials and resources to accompany the book, so I’ve created a variety of printable materials and classroom activities, with the help of my daughter Shunit and other parents and teachers who love the book. All of these materials were born from the activity itself, and I’m happy to share them with you.

Here is the link to the book, read by me personally: Josh the Flea

Ultimately, the purpose of the book is to help children believe in themselves and never give up.

The most rewarding part of these activities with children is seeing how they gain confidence and pride in the kindergarten or classroom, and how they begin to believe in themselves even more!

In this context, I’m attaching lesson plans and ideas for activities with your children – some were sent to me by people who have already tried them.

I hope these materials will bring you and the children great joy and empower them in kindergarten or the classroom!

I’m here for you to help with this as much as possible.

Attached are links to lesson plans and materials you can use with your children related to "never giving up and acting despite fear," and understanding that "if there’s a will – there’s always a way," along with a wide range of additional materials.

For children in grades 1-5:

  1. A Word document with the lesson plan structure:
    Lesson 1: Fulfilling Dreams
Lesson 2: Believing in your own path and not following the crowd
    Lesson 3: Fear of Failure

  2. A Google Drive presentation for classroom use

I hope this brings joy to the children and helps them believe in themselves more!

If, in the middle of a lesson, you'd like to have a quick call with me to motivate someone and give the children the feeling that writing a book is something simple and within reach of anyone, feel free to reach out.

By prior arrangement, I’d be happy to be available by phone for an empowering experience.

For kindergarten children:
You can simply tell them the story and then offer them an activity like coloring or making antennae, or print bookmarks for them to cut, color, and laminate.

Creative Activity:

  1. Making antennae: Cut construction paper, design it, staple it, then add two antennae. Children love this activity.
  2. Cut the bookmarks from the printable file, color them, then laminate them so that they remain a keepsake from the book and activity for a long time.
  3. This file includes the entire folder with activity materials, coloring pages, a coloring book, and more

In conclusion:

For any questions or requests, feel free to reach out to the blog and we will make sure to provide for your needs.

P.S. If you have another idea you’ve tried, and you think it could help others, feel free to share it via email :)

The book is available in Steimatzky and Tzomet Sfarim stores, and you can also contact me directly.

Good luck, from the Flea!
